This tea will keep your your immune system on POINT, strong and healthy

 

This tea is beneficial for maintaining a robust and healthy immune system, particularly during colder seasons.

Tea Ingredients:

1 lime sliced
1/2 orange slices
2 stick cinnamon
2 star anise
1 inch ginger sliced
3 rosemary sticks
A little dash of Cayenne pepper (optional)
2 litter of hot water
Honey or maple to sweeten when your tea cools down (optional)

Allow the infusion to sit for 5 minutes, then take out the lime and orange slices, leaving the remainder to steep further. Be cautious not to oversteep, as prolonged steeping may result in bitterness from the citrus. Sweeten to taste with your preferred sweetener. Alternatively, consider adding the lime and oranges once the tea has cooled rather than beforehand.
