Homemade garlic chilli oil – great for Asian food recipes😋
Very easy recipe but so delicious and satisfying to make. I can’t stop watching it sizzling🔥
Ingredients:
1 cup (250ml) oil
5 garlic cloves – finely chopped
1/4 cup chilli flakes
2 Tbsp sesame seeds
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Method:
1. Place all ingredients (except oil) into a clean jar.
2. Heat up the oil to 160°C / 320°F
3. Pour the hot oil into the jar with spices.
4. Stir immediately
5. Once cooled, keep it in the fridge.
Drizzle over dumplings, fried eggs, noodles, rice, smashed cucumbers, tofu, pizza, salad, or use it as a dipping sauce😋
