Carrot Beet Juice & leftover fiber halwa 🥕🥕🥕 with love @finefettlecookerys
Transforming carrot and beetroot into a vibrant juice, paired with a decadent creation – a flavorful, crunchy halwa made from leftover fiber, koya, and a sprinkle of assorted nuts! Waste not, taste a lot!
Ingredients ( serves 3)
3 red carrot (big size)
1 Beetroot
1/2 Lemon
Carrot Beetroot Halwa
Ingredients :
1.5 cup leftover fibre
200gm koya/mawa
3/4 cup sugar
5-6 cardamom pods(powder)
1 cup milk
2 tbsp ghee
4 tbsp chopped nuts( almonds, pistachios, sunflower seed)
Method:
In a pan add leftover fiber, sauté for 1 minute, then add milk.
Cover and cook, let the milk reduce.
Then add koya/mawa, cardamom powder and sugar.
Mix well, cook in lowest temperature for 8-10 minutes.
In a pan add ghee and dryfruits, cook till ot becomes crunchy.
Pour it on halwa.
Mix well and Serve warm or chilled
