Thanksgiving Salad! with love

 

Thanksgiving Salad! 🍁 with love @her.wholesome.kitchen
❤️ Full recipe:

6 cups spring mix lettuce
1 red apple
1 pear
½ cup dried cranberries
½ cup chopped pecans
½ cup crumbled feta
½ cup pomegranate seeds

Apple cider dressing:
⅓ cup olive oil
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp dijon mustard
Salt & pepper, to taste

Add all of the salad ingredients to a bowl, drizzle the dressing on top & toss to mix. To make it ahead of time: wait to add the apple, pear & dressing until just before serving!
