Cabbage no oven casserole🥧better than pizza🍕
Ingredients:
– Cabbage 1 pc
– Carrots 🥕1 pc
– Onion 🧅1 pc
– Parsley, dill, green onions🌿
– Eggs 🥚2 pcs
– Natural yogurt 120g
– Rice flour 70g
– Baking powder 2g
– Cheese 🧀100g
– Tomatoes 2 🍅pcs.
– Italian herbs
– Kervel or parsley
Method:
Cut the cabbage thinly and boil it in salted water for 2 minutes. Take the cabbage out of the water and let it cool down a little.
Finely chop the onion and grate the carrots, fry in olive oil until golden. Remove excess moisture from the cabbage, add chopped herbs, eggs, yogurt, salt, Italian herbs and rice flour with baking powder. Mix well and put in a frying pan greased with olive oil. Cover and fry for 15 minutes over low heat. Rub the cheese and cut the tomatoes thinly.
Use the lid or plate to turn over the cabbage casserole. Sprinkle with cheese, lay out the tomatoes and fry for another 10 minutes over low heat.
Sprinkle the finished casserole with parsley. Serve with yogurt or sour cream. A simple and quick dish😍
