HOT CHOCOLATE MOCHI BITES!

Let’s make the super soft and delicious mochi bites with no microwave and no steamer!
It was so good and too EASY to make! Do try and Enjoy Bestie!💗✨

Ingredients:💌
♡Cocoa powder- 5g
♡Sugar- 30g
♡Corn flour- 10g
♡Milk- 85g
♡Glutinous Rice Flour- 45g
♡Butter- 10g

1. In a pan, Add cocoa powder, Sugar, Corn Flour and 35g Milk; Mix until combined.
2. Add 50g Milk and Mix until combined.
3. Add Glutinous Rice Flour and Mix until combined.
4. Add Butter.
5. Mix and cook on low heat until soft dough is formed.
6. Use hand gloves and Knead until stretchy.
7. Divide into bite size pieces and coat with corn flour to prevent sticking.
8. Dip in nutella and crushed biscoff cookies.
9. Enjoy!✨
