Shakshuka in the morning with a nice loaf of bread and a cup of tea just hits different! You get a boost of happiness for the rest of the day!
Ingredients :
4-5 ripe tomatoes
4-5 garlic cloves
3-4 tbsps olive oil
3 chilies
3 eggs
Salt & pepper to taste
Start by chopping the tomatoes and garlic
Heat up the oil and fry the tomatoes and garlic on high for 4 minutes. Once the tomatoes start to dissolve. Season with salt & pepper and add the chilies. Lower the heat and cover for 5 minutes till the tomatoes are fully cooked. Crack the eggs and cover. Cook on low till the eggs are cooked to your liking
You can scramble the eggs with the tomatoes if you want.
Serve with bread and tea. And enjoy !

Is it like a pastry-like wrap?

I made it this way for the first time, wow, it was very different
Is there anyone else who can make it like this? Or, oh dear, do you think mine should be a classic wrap?

Cabbage Rolls
1 medium sized cabbage Inner Material;
300 grams of minced meat
1 tea glass of rice
1 large onion, 4-5 cloves of garlic
A pinch of parsley
1 small red capsicum, 1 tomato
1 tablespoon tomato and pepper paste
Half a tea glass of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of pomegranate syrup
1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of cumin, red powder and chili pepper FOR THE SAUCE;
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add 1 tablespoon of pepper paste and fry. Add 2 cups of water and salt and mix.
The middle part of a whole cabbage is removed. It is placed in boiling water in a large pot. Once it is turned to the other side. Boil for 3-4 minutes. The leaves are easily removed.
The filling ingredient is for half the cabbage. I reserved half of it for olive oil wraps.
I wrapped the cabbage leaves as in the real video. I arranged them on the tray like I was making a pastry. I added the sauce. I covered it with wet baking paper and baked it in the oven at 190 degrees for 40 minutes. I realized that it would take a little longer to cook. I took it out of the oven and put it on the stove. I continued cooking it in the oven. You can do the same thing, cut the long pieces into 3 with love 4 pieces and cook them in a pot like normal stuffing.
