Ingredients:
* 1.3 lbs (600 g) potatoes
* 4 tbsp corn starch
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 1/2 tsp black pepper
* 1.35 fl oz (40 ml) cooking oil

Instructions:
* Boil and Mash: Cook potatoes until tender, then mash them.
* Mix: Combine mashed potatoes with cornflour and salt and pepper.
* Shape Balls: Form the mixture into small balls.
* Heat Oil: Warm oil in a pan to 160°C.
* Fry: Cook balls until golden and crispy, about 7 minutes.
* Drain: Place on paper towel to remove excess oil.
* Serve: Enjoy these crispy potato cornflour balls as a snack or side.

Eggplant Rolls with love @al_dante_channel

This recipe takes about 15 minutes to prepare.

❂ Ingredients:

1 large Eggplant, sliced thinly lengthwise 1 pack of Philadelphia cream cheese 2 cloves garlic, minced ⅔ cup of walnuts, finely chopped Salt/Pepper 1 bunch fresh Parsley, finely chopped
1/3 bunch Cilantro

❂ Cooking process:

⁃ Heat grill pan over medium and drizzle with olive oil.
⁃ Grill eggplants about 1 to 2 minutes on each side. Make sure not to burn the eggplant.
⁃ Put all the ingredients for the filling in a bowl cream cheese, greens, garlic, chopped walnuts and salt.
⁃ Mix together until well blended.
⁃ Evenly spread filling on 1 side of eggplant. Roll eggplant making sure not to squeeze so the filling does not ooze out of the side. Repeat procedure for the rest of the eggplant slices.

🇩🇪🇩🇪 Ihr habt euch nochmal ein Rezept mit Brokkoli gewünscht und ich bin da ganz bei euch. Schon als Kind habe ich Brokkoli geliebt. Ich habe neulich ein Video gesehen, wo die Pasta mit der Schere geschnitten wurden. Das fand ich total spannend und wollte es unbedingt mal ausprobieren. Das müsst ihr unbedingt einmal ausprobieren! Dazu gibt es noch eine Kichererbsen-Tomatensoße und das nächste proteinreiche Abendessen steht.

📝 Rezept für 2 Protionen
📊 Nährwerte: 718 kcal / 31g P / 135g KH / 4g F

Zutaten:
Pasta:
300 g Mehl
250 g Brokkoli
2 TL Salz


Soße:
250 g Kichererbsen
2 Knoblauchzehen
200 g passierte Tomaten
100 g Tomatenmark
Italienische Kräuter
Salz, Pfeffer

Toppings: 
Basilikum, veganer Parmesan

Zubereitung:
1. Brokkoli weich kochen, dann zerstampfen
2. Mit Mehl und Salz zu einer festen Teigkugel kneten
3. Mit einer Schere den Teig über kochendem Wasser abschneiden, für 5 min kochen lassen, abschütten
4. Knoblauch und Kichererbsen anbraten, passierte Tomaten und Tomatenmark
unterrühren
5. Würzen und Brokkoli Pasta unterheben

🇺🇸🇬🇧 Ingredients:
Pasta:
300g flour
250g broccoli
2 tsp salt

Sauce:
250g chickpeas
2 cloves of garlic
200 g pureed tomatoes
100 g tomato paste
Italian herbs
Salt pepper

Toppings: basil, vegan parmesan

Preparation:
1. Cook broccoli until soft, then mash
2. Knead with flour and salt to form a firm ball of dough
3. Using scissors, cut the dough over boiling water, let it cook for 5 minutes, then drain
4. Fry garlic and chickpeas, pureed tomatoes and tomato paste
stir in
5. Season and fold in the broccoli pasta

🇪🇸🇪🇸 Ingredientes:
Pasta:
300 g de harina
250 g de brócoli
2 cucharaditas de sal

Salsa:
250 g de garbanzos
2 dientes de ajo
200 g de tomates en puré
100 g de pasta de tomate
hierbas italianas
Sal pimienta
