Are you a fan of ice cream?

Then you’re in for a treat! I just whipped up a delicious batch using fresh melon.

Here’s how I did it: I blended the seeded part of the melon with a splash of water and froze it alongside sliced melon pieces. After a couple of hours in the freezer, I blended it again until thick and creamy. Voila! Enjoy your homemade melon ice cream.
