Why venture far for the perfect catch when it’s right here, my dear? Dive into the tantalizing flavors of my ceviche, crafted in the style of Jalisco. Begin by marinating fresh fish in a zesty blend of lime juice, diced tomatoes, onions, cilantro, and jalapeños for a burst of vibrant flavor. Let it chill and marinate for at least an hour to allow the flavors to meld together beautifully. Serve it chilled with crispy tortilla chips or atop a bed of lettuce for a refreshing and satisfying dish that will transport you to the sunny shores of Mexico with every bite. 🐠 🇲🇽
No need to go fishing cause the best catch is right here!

Try Corvina or Cod. 🙌😍

Tilapia has the most chances of having parasites which the lime won’t kill….

People worried about tilapia and how “bad and dirty is” meanwhile grocery shopping packaged meals and thjngs that have a lot of bad additives and don’t even get me started in the take out…lots of junk 😳
