Quick and Easy Air Fryer Frittata 


(Another viral recipe that I had to try)
If you want a delicious and healthy breakfast, look no further! This simple frittata is packed with protein and veggies, and is the perfect way to start your day.
A twist on the classic frittata, this recipe is very customisable and a fantastic way to use up leftover food.
You can serve it for breakfast, even for brunch or a light lunch with a side salad.
Ingredients:
-4 large eggs
-1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
-broccoli florets
-2 spring onions, finely chopped
-1/2 bell pepper, finely chopped
-grated cheese (I used mozarella and Red Fox Cheese)
-salt and pepper
-fresh parsley
Instructions:
1. Preheat the air fryer to 180 C.
2. Line the basket with parchment paper and add extra virgin olive oil.
3. Crack the eggs directly on top, season with salt and pepper and add all the toppings. Top with grated cheese.
4. Cook for 12-15 minutes, start checking to see if it is done after 12 minutes, as all air fryer models vary.
5. Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes before releasing it from the tin. Add some fresh parsley, slice it and serve. Enjoy!

Apple Rings

My current fixation has been honeycrisp apples with peanut butter- I have been eating them every single day for at least two months
For my healthy snack series, I wanted to enjoy them in a more fun way, so I made them into these apple rings (apple βdonutsβ??? I wasnβt sure what to call these
) With the dark chocolate and crunchy peanuts to top, theyβre even better than my usual go-to

Ingredients
2 honeycrisp apples
creamy natural peanut butter
crushed peanuts
melted dark chocolate
Directions
I used a sharp vegetable peeler to core the apples, then slices horizonally.
Add creamy pb to each slice, top with peanuts, and drizzle with melted dark chocolate.
You can refrigerate them until the chocolate hardens, or just enjoy right away!

Ingredients:-
5-6 Almonds
5-6 Cashew
5-6 Pistachio
3 seedless Dates
1tsp pumpkin seeds
You can use any nuts & seeds of your choice
Soak everything in warm Milk for atleast
20-30 mins
1 Apple 
1 tsp Honey (as per sweetness required)
1 cup Cold Milk
Enjoy it for breakfast or anytime of the day, it will keep you full for a longer time.
