Quick and Easy Air Fryer Frittata 🥦🧀🥚
(Another viral recipe that I had to try)

If you want a delicious and healthy breakfast, look no further! This simple frittata is packed with protein and veggies, and is the perfect way to start your day.

A twist on the classic frittata, this recipe is very customisable and a fantastic way to use up leftover food.

You can serve it for breakfast, even for brunch or a light lunch with a side salad.

Ingredients:

-4 large eggs
-1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
-broccoli florets
-2 spring onions, finely chopped
-1/2 bell pepper, finely chopped
-grated cheese (I used mozarella and Red Fox Cheese)
-salt and pepper
-fresh parsley

Instructions:

1. Preheat the air fryer to 180 C.
2. Line the basket with parchment paper and add extra virgin olive oil.
3. Crack the eggs directly on top, season with salt and pepper and add all the toppings. Top with grated cheese.
4. Cook for 12-15 minutes, start checking to see if it is done after 12 minutes, as all air fryer models vary.
5. Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes before releasing it from the tin. Add some fresh parsley, slice it and serve. Enjoy!

    @herbalist_goodman1 🌿🌿 just got rid of my herpes virus. Alot of people are still suffering from this virus because of what the medical doctors say when they found out you have herpes disease (there is no complete cure for herpes) which is not true I was cured by @herbalist_goodman1 herbal remedy within 7-14 days
