Shakshuka in the morning with a nice loaf of bread and a cup of tea just hits different! You get a boost of happiness for the rest of the day!
Ingredients :
4-5 ripe tomatoes
4-5 garlic cloves
3-4 tbsps olive oil
3 chilies
3 eggs
Salt & pepper to taste
Start by chopping the tomatoes and garlic
Heat up the oil and fry the tomatoes and garlic on high for 4 minutes. Once the tomatoes start to dissolve. Season with salt & pepper and add the chilies. Lower the heat and cover for 5 minutes till the tomatoes are fully cooked. Crack the eggs and cover. Cook on low till the eggs are cooked to your liking
You can scramble the eggs with the tomatoes if you want.
Serve with bread and tea. And enjoy !

Baked Lemon Pepper Chicken Thighs that come out juicy and tender EVERY TIME! Incredibly easy to make, great to meal prep and get your protein in.

Ingredients:
β’ 5-6 chicken thighs, bone-in (remove skin for less calories)
β’ 1 tsp olive oil
β’ 1 tsp salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, oregano
β’ 1/2 tsp chili flakes
β’ 1 tsp minced garlic
β’ 1 tsp lemon zest (I used the zest of one large lemon)
β’ juice of one whole lemon

Notes:
β’ Before baking, sprinkle some salt, pepper and lemon zest on top of each thigh
β’ These work well on both airfryers and ovens. Baking times are different but youβll be looking for an internal temperature of 165Β°F
β’ Serve with rice, potatoes, salad, and more! They should come out so flavourful and juicy you wonβt need sauce!
β’ If you have an olive oil spray, you can even give your thighs a final spray on top for a crispier finish. This is optional.

1/2 cup greek yogurt
2 tbsp peanut butta
Drizzle of honey
1/2 scoop protein
1 tbsp chocolate chips
-Chocolate Shell-
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 tsp coconut oil

Instructions:
1) Combine all of the yogurt mixture ingredients.
2) Mix and scoop onto wax paper.
3) Add popsicle sticks. (optional)
4) Freeze for 1 hour. (until solid)
5) Add the remaining chocolate chips and coconut oil into a bowl, and microwave until melted. (20 second intervals)
6) Dip the yogurt clusters into the melted chocolate.
7) Let the chocolate harden in the freezer for 5 min.

Ingredients:
* 1.3 lbs (600 g) potatoes
* 4 tbsp corn starch
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 1/2 tsp black pepper
* 1.35 fl oz (40 ml) cooking oil
Instructions:
* Boil and Mash: Cook potatoes until tender, then mash them.
* Mix: Combine mashed potatoes with cornflour and salt and pepper.
* Shape Balls: Form the mixture into small balls.
* Heat Oil: Warm oil in a pan to 160Β°C.
* Fry: Cook balls until golden and crispy, about 7 minutes.

I made it this way for the first time, wow, it was very different

Cabbage Rolls
1 medium sized cabbage Inner Material;
300 grams of minced meat
1 tea glass of rice
1 large onion, 4-5 cloves of garlic
A pinch of parsley
1 small red capsicum, 1 tomato
1 tablespoon tomato and pepper paste
Half a tea glass of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of pomegranate syrup
1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of cumin, red powder and chili pepper FOR THE SAUCE;
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add 1 tablespoon of pepper paste and fry. Add 2 cups of water and salt and mix.
The middle part of a whole cabbage is removed. It is placed in boiling water in a large pot. Once it is turned to the other side. Boil for 3-4 minutes. The leaves are easily removed.
The filling ingredient is for half the cabbage. I reserved half of it for olive oil wraps.
I wrapped the cabbage leaves as in the real video. I arranged them on the tray like I was making a pastry. I added the sauce. I covered it with wet baking paper and baked it in the oven at 190 degrees for 40 minutes. I realized that it would take a little longer to cook. I took it out of the oven and put it on the stove. I continued cooking it in the oven. You can do the same thing, cut the long pieces into 3 with love 4 pieces and cook them in a pot like normal stuffing.
