Alexa play I’m bringing healthy back

So easy so yum!
You need:
– blanched spinach
– boiled green peas
– green chilies (2-3)
– 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
– spices include ( turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, jeera powder, chaat masala, pepper)
– salt to taste
– 1-2 boiled potatoes
– 50g grated paneer
– roasted besan or breadcrumbs
– oil for shallow frying
– cashews for decorating
Method: blanch spinach & green peas. Then without adding any water blend with some green chilies. Now add the rest of the ingredients as mentioned above and combine to form a dough. If the mixture is too wet, add more basin, or you could even add breadcrumbs to soak up any excess moisture. Once you shape the Tikki, they shouldn’t ideally be sticking to your hand. That’s how you know that there is not too much moisture in them. Then just shallow fry and serve!
