Purple sweet potatoes are the cornerstone of the diet of the Okinawan people, one of the longest living populations in the world. Baked Lemon Pepper Chicken Thighs that come out juicy and tender EVERY TIME! Incredibly easy to make, great to meal prep and get your protein in.πŸ‘‡πŸΌ

Ingredients:
β€’ 5-6 chicken thighs, bone-in (remove skin for less calories)
β€’ 1 tsp olive oil
β€’ 1 tsp salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, oregano
β€’ 1/2 tsp chili flakes
β€’ 1 tsp minced garlic
β€’ 1 tsp lemon zest (I used the zest of one large lemon)
β€’ juice of one whole lemon

Notes:
β€’ Before baking, sprinkle some salt, pepper and lemon zest on top of each thigh
β€’ These work well on both airfryers and ovens. Baking times are different but you’ll be looking for an internal temperature of 165Β°F
β€’ Serve with rice, potatoes, salad, and more! They should come out so flavourful and juicy you won’t need sauce!
β€’ If you have an olive oil spray, you can even give your thighs a final spray on top for a crispier finish. This is optional.

β€’ 5-6 chicken thighs

I’m actually shook how good this was 🍎 rice cooker oatmeal

π˜Ώπ™šπ™©π™–π™žπ™‘π™¨:
– 1/2 cup rolled oats
– 1/2 cup milk
– 1/4 cup water
– 1/2 tbsp coconut sugar
– 1/2 diced apple
– 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/2 tsp cinnamon
– pinch of salt

– apples
– peanut butter
– Biscoff crumbles

π˜Ώπ™žπ™§π™šπ™˜π™©π™žπ™€π™£π™¨:
1) Add oats, milk, water, coconut sugar, diced apple, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt to the cooker.
2) Turn on the rice cooker (let it do its magic)
3) Once finished add apple, peanut butter, and crumbles
