It’s easy because you don’t need to blend the sauce. Just stir it after baking.
Start by placing cherry tomatoes, a bit of garlic, and cottage cheese on a bed of spinach. Drizzle plenty of olive oil and pepper, and add a sprig of thyme or rosemary. I didn’t use salt.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
After that, squeeze the garlic and stir. Add the pasta. Adjust the amount of garlic to your taste. But I don’t recommend skipping it entirely, as it adds aroma and flavor to the dish. Also, I don’t suggest using feta cheese instead of cottage cheese, as it will make the dish too sour. I tried it.
